Micro Star Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Licensor") is the legal owner of the MSI brand (Trademark Registration Numbers: 1072527, 7061465). The Licensor now authorizes JArc International Trade (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., registered with the Customs of the People's Republic of China under No. 44019800JA (hereinafter referred to as "the Licensee"), to sell MSI-branded motherboards, cases, power supplies, cooling systems, monitors, and all-in-one computers on the Alibaba International website (domain: https://gzjfz.en.alibaba.com/).
The authorization period is from April 26, 2024, to April 25, 2025.
The type of authorization is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. The Licensee is not permitted to sub-license.
The Licensor assures that the authorization is legal, genuine, effective, and can be relied upon by third parties engaging in cooperation with the Licensee.
The Licensor reserves the right to revoke this authorization at any time during the authorization period, but will provide a 10-day written notice prior to any revocation.
This authorization is hereby granted!
